Custom Portraits for a powerhouse PR team

House Communications is a boutique woman-led PR agency that wanted custom illustrations for their “About” page like New York Magazine. I referenced several editorial styles that leaned deeply into brush strokes for illustration. With some base colors from the site (lavender and navy) I blended them out to create a balanced look in addition to a Mulberry violet for lips and highlights. I drew a total of 7 portraits for this site in addition to creating brushstrokes for the background, various parks, handshakes, and miscellaneous touches throughout the site.
